Return & Refund Policy for Orovita

At Orovita, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers. Please carefully read our Return & Refund Policy to understand the terms governing order cancellations, refunds, and product concerns.

  1. Order Cancellation & Refunds

    • Before Dispatch: If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within5-10 working days.
    • After Dispatch: If the order is already dispatched,50% of the order value will be refunded. The remaining50% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  2. Return Policy

    Orovita does not have a return policy for products delivered in good condition.

    In cases where the consumer is unavailable at the delivery address or fails to verify the OTP, the product will be returned to us. In such cases:

    • A refund will be processed after deducting apenalty of Rs. 199/- or the order value (whichever is higher).
    • The refund will be initiated only if the product is returned in a safe and secure condition.
  3. Concerns Related to Quality, Damage, or Wrong Delivery

    If you receive a product with a quality issue, expired item, packaging defect, or a wrong item, you may raise a concern by contacting us. Please ensure to share the following details within24 hours of receiving the order:

    • Order number
    • Name(s) of the item(s) in question
    • A clear picture of the product showing the issue
    • Description of the problem
    • For concerns like leakage or missing items, attach an unboxing video as proof

    Important: Complaints raised beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

  4. Resolution Process

    Once your concern is deemed valid, we will:

    1. Send you areturn shipping label along with instructions on how to return the product.
    2. Products sent without receiving our return label or instructions will not be accepted.

    After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If the issue is found genuine:

    1. We will issue acoupon code equivalent to the value of the product. The coupon code can be used for future purchases on the Orovita website.
    2. No cash refunds will be provided.
  5. Undelivered Orders Marked as Delivered

    If your order has not been delivered but you receive a delivery confirmation via email or SMS, please contact us within24 hours. After verifying the genuineness of your concern, we will take appropriate action.
